Home Health Intake Coordinator (Houston)

Duties will include but are not limited to: dispatching calls, faxing, scanning, coordinating with referral sources to ensure proper processing of all new clients' information, setting up and staffing initial visits, communicating with field staff, as well as assisting administrator with other various daily tasks.
