Who we are: We are an award winning Family owned and Operated residential/commercial exterior construction company with corporate office located on the Northside of Houston. We service the Houston metro area. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 am-5 pm. Please check us out at www.bergerhomeservices.com.
Who We Want: We are intentionally seeking candidates who are friendly and genuinely nice people, strong self-starter/self-manager, punctual, organized, flexible, well-spoken, level headed, and specifically interested in this position. You must be able to multitask and stay on task to get things completed. Must be able to prioritise.
We are looking for the right person to handle incoming and outgoing calls to set appointments, data entry, send emails, invoicing, call customers to validate receipt of orders, assemble folders, filing, general housekeeping in common areas. Provide overall office, sales, and operations support as requested. This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities however a general scope.

* Proficient computer and data entry skills
* Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets
* Must pass a background check
ADDED BONUS IF YOU HAVE THESE SKILLS
* Experience in Construction Administration
*Experience with LeadPerfection CRM
What We Offer:
Starting pay an hour $$$$
